Helen developed a real passion for hypnotherapy and counselling following her own experience as a client, and enjoys working with a wide range of clients to support them in getting ‘unstuck’ and moving forwards with their lives in the right way for them.
She has 8 years’ experience as a volunteer with Simon Says Child Bereavement Support, offering support and a listening ear to bereaved families.
Helen enjoys Pilates and swimming, as well as holding a black belt in Choi Kwang Do, in which she is an assistant instructor. She juggles a busy life around her two children.
