With summer now a distant memory it is time for our newsletter with all the happenings at Therapeutics over the last few weeks.

Congratulations

Well done to our patient Kirsty Scott and her lovely horse Armani who won a bronze medal, Western Showmanship category at the UK American Quarter Horse Championships in September.
Kirsty reports that she couldn’t have done it without the help of Rob one of our physiotherapists who kept her moving and fixed all her injuries leading up to the event.

Our massage therapists have been very busy in clinic this week providing massage to a lot of clients taking part in the Great South Run this Sunday (26th October). Good luck to all of you over the 10 mile course. Our experienced team provide massage 6 days a week, so if you think you tired muscles would benefit why not call reception on 02380 653707 for an appointment.

Gym Membership

The thought of exercising outdoors over the winter months is not always a pleasant one with the dark evenings and the weather getting colder. Why not consider our friendly gym with reasonable monthly charges, free parking and no penalties for cancelling membership as an alternative over the winter months. Well done to saints legend Francis Benali on completing his amazing 1000mile run to all the premiership football clubs over a 3 week period. He raised over £163,000 for Cancer Research UK. An amazing achievement, and something that the team at Therapeutics were very proud to be a part of. Our team provided physiotherapy and sports massage leading up to the event.
