Staff News

Firstly congratulations to our physiotherapist Zoe and her family on the new arrival of their daughter, Heidi Barrett, who was born on September 5th. Mother and baby are both doing really well, so much so that Zoe intends to return to teach her Pilates class on Thursday 17th October.
We are also pleased to welcome back Rosie from maternity leave. Rosie our female health physiotherapist is now running a clinic on a Tuesday afternoons from 1.45pm. A big thank you to Emma for standing in whilst Rosie was off.
Steve Watkins massage therapist is now working on a Thursday daytime instead of evenings, and Sally Morris is covering Thursday evenings. We now have sports massage available 6 days a week, so you will never struggle to get an appointment.

Please be advised that the gym will be closing on Thursday 17th October and re-open Monday 21st October. It is going to be refurbished with some new equipment. CCTV is also going to be installed for your enhanced security.
With the nights about to get darker and the weather colder why not consider our very reasonable gym membership. Single membership is just £22 per month and unlike other gyms you are not tied into long contracts. There is also ample free parking.
Please feel free to pop in to have a look around or contact reception on 02380 653707 for more information.

Did you know that we sell vouchers. If you are stuck for a gift idea how about a sports massage/ physio therapy voucher? These can be purchased from reception, you don’t even need to come in, you can pay over the phone and we can send them to you.

And finally……
