Summer is now well underway with plenty of sunshine. The summer of sport continues and although Wimbledon and The World Cup have now finished we only have to wait another 7 days until the start of The Commonwealth Games!
Francis Benali
Southampton football club legend, Francis Benali, is running to every Premier League ground, in 21 days, to raise money for Cancer Research UK. The challenge totals 1000 miles which is a massive undertaking. Therapeutics are very proud to have supported Franny through his training by providing sports massage to help keep him in tip top condition!
