Hard to believe that another month has gone since our last newsletter. What a fantastic summer it has been with lots of sunshine and some amazing sport to inspire us all to get active.

Therapeutics has some new classes starting in September:
Yoga
Dave Thomas will be running a new beginners yoga class on Monday evenings from 1st September 7.30pm – 8.30pm.
Pilates
Zoe Barrett one of our physiotherapists has a new beginners Pilates class starting on Thursday evenings from 4th September 8pm – 9pm.

Physiotherapy

Therapeutics offers physiotherapy appointments from 8am – 8pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 6pm Fridays and we also offer appointments on Saturday mornings 8.30am – 12.30pm. So no matter how hectic your schedule we aim to offer times that can suit even the busiest diary.

Beauty treatments

Fancy a bit of pampering or a relaxing treat? Anne Hume offers treatments here at Therapeutics on a Friday afternoon – a good way to start the weekend. If you would like to find out more or book an appointment, call Anne directly on 07824 395324.

Following on from our last newsletter good luck to ex-saints player Francis Benali in his mammoth 1000mile run for cancer research UK which now starts in less than 3 days.
