This will be our final newsletter of 2012 and December has proved a busy month in the clinic for everyone.

Gift Ideas

Our vouchers have been proving very popular as Christmas gifts. These can be used for sports massage, pilates, physio or personal training. It is not too late to purchase one if you are looking for a different gift idea just pop in or call reception for more information.

Our hours are changing over the festive period:

Friday 21^st December – 8am – 4pm
Monday 24^th December – 8am – 12pm
Tuesday 25^th December – Closed
Wednesday 26^th December – Closed
Thursday 27^th December – 9am – 5pm
Friday 28^th December – 9am – 6pm
Monday 31^st December – 8am – 12pm
Tuesday 1^st January – Closed
