Laura has extensive experience using hands on physiotherapy and exercise to help people recover from their sports injuries or aches and pains. Laura has a particular interest in treating the neck, back and pelvis and has been teaching Pilates for 10 years.

Laura graduated from the University of Southampton in 1996 with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy and obtained her Masters in Manual Therapy in 2002 from the University of Western Australia. Laura treats all musculoskeletal problems and has a special interest in the spine. She is very passionate about Pilates and teaches classes as well as individual sessions for rehabilitation.

Chartered Physiotherapist CSP, Member of Health Professions Council HCPC, Member of the Association of Physiotherapists in Acupuncture, Master of Musculoskeletal studies (Manual therapy and rehabilitation sciences), Fully certified APPI Pilates instructor/star member and FITT Reformer Certificates level 1 and 2, Member of Physio First, ISM (Thoracic Ring Approach) graduate, Upledger Craniosacral Therapy 1 and 2.
