Ergonomics is the application of fitting any task to suit the individual to the working environment; this is assessed to ensure that any task is carried out safely and efficiently. This is important for the employer as there are Health and Safety implications for any job role. More importantly it teaches an individual to be aware of correct posture and technique for any work related task. At Therapeutics we can offer assessments in the work place to ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations or to address any specific queries, for example equipment or specific furniture.
