Fitness Gym and Personal Training

Our fully equipped fitness gym has a wide range of cardio vascular and weight-training equipment, including a comprehensive free-weights area.

Inductions are given to each new gym member by Bob Beattie. Personal training and gym programs are available from Jane Shields one of our personal fitness trainers.

Fitness assessments are also available on request.

Our Personal Trainers are diverse and offer individualized training programs to meet your specific needs. However we do stress on correct technique and posture throughout training.

We realise that everyone is different and needs a tailored work out depending on their goals – rehabilitation, strength, endurance, flexibility. We offer sports specific programs tailored to improve your ability to play your chosen sport – be it golf, hockey, squash, skiing etc.

We cater to all ages, shapes and sizes and have a very quiet personalised gym facility.

Fitness is related to what we eat as well as what we do. We therefore also offer nutrition advice with relation to weight loss and sporting performance.

The Gym is open from:

 7am – 10pm  Monday – Saturday
10am – 8pm  Sunday

Jane mother of 2 comes from a fitness background with circuits being her ‘forte’, winner of Tropicana UK Cross Training Challenge 2001, Jane believes anything is achievable with the right mind set and guidance. Follow your dream and contact Jane
