The rehabilitation gym is fitted with specialised equipment unique to the south coast. The Motortherapy equipment allows clients with movement impairment or disability to exercise safely and effectively. It can be used for any of the following conditions:

• Neurological conditions
• Osteoporosis
• Rheumatological conditions
• Chronic pain
• Orthopaedic conditions

Membership Information

A one off payment of £50 is required for all new members, this includes a full assessment, an initial induction session and personalized exercise programme.
