We would like to welcome Roz Brawn to the team of physiotherapists. Roz joined us in April and has quickly become an integral member of our team. She has a specialist interest in Sports Injuries and is currently Physio to the Hampshire Cricket 2nd X1.
Penny Zorab has joined us on a more permanent basis to increase our neurology team and is now working a full day each week.
The most exciting news is that Hazel is now 5 months pregnant, she will be with us until October 2005 and returning part time in 2006. Congratulations to her and Simon.
Massage
We are pleased to welcome Steve Watkins to our team of Massage Practitioners from July 2005. Contact Therapeutics reception for all appointments.
Pilates
Pilates classes are well established 5 days a week progressing levels from beginners, to improvers, intermediates ultimately and advanced classes. There is also a weekly Advanced Ball class to challenge your core muscle strength, balance and co-ordination.
Private sessions are a great way to focus on your individual needs and we currently offer 1:1 and small group sessions at a special price. These can be booked at a time to suit you.
Pilates is a particularly good form of exercise for sports and spinal problems and we now are offering “Pilates for Pregnancy” classes. Hazel is starting small classes for women (maximum 6) following appropriate medical screening. Please enquire for further information.
Sarah Dunlop and Hazel Mellers are both experienced therapists as well as Body Control trained teachers of the Pilates method.
