Therapeutics is sponsoring Charlie Cooper, who is competing in the 2007 Polar Race. The race will start in the spring from Resolute Bay in Northern Canada to the magnetic North Pole some 400 miles away across some of the most desolate terrain in the world. He is one of just 15 people worldwide to have been accepted for this event. Many people have climbed Everest but less than 200 have ever been to a pole.
Charlie is also doing this as a charity fund raiser for the Wessex Cancer Trust, for whom he hopes to raise considerable funds.
