Steve Watkins:
Steve qualified in Sports Massage Therapy with The London School of Sports Massage in 2001, and is registered with the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage.
Although specialising in the treatment of sports injuries Steve is also a qualified health and fitness instructor with 10 years experience.
The combination of massage and exercise has proven successful for ailments ranging from ankle sprain to shoulder muscle strain. When dealing with non sporting injury, massage often offers much relief if there is an underlying muscle based problem.
Steve lives in the New Forest area and enjoys windsurfing, swimming and cycling.
