Steph Brandt:
Steph qualified as a sports and remedial massage therapist from the london School of Sports Massage after spending 10 years sailing and yacht racing. She is a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage.
Steph has worked with a variety of sports people, mainly professional sailors, both inshore and offshore, triathletes and mountain bikers.
She also provides sailing commentary at various events around the world.
