Hazel Mellers:

Hazel, who qualified in 1992, is a state registered and chartered physiotherapist and has worked mostly in outpatients with a special interest in spinal complaints and ergonomics. She advises on the latter with regard to workstation set up and activities, and carries out assessments for local companies with specialist ergonomic needs. Hazel qualified in 2003 as a Body Control Pilates® Instructor and runs classes and private lessons at Therapeutics alongside Sarah.
