Mel Gray:
Mel qualified as a sports and remedial massage therapist from the London School of Sports Massage and is a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage. Mel has worked primarily with professional sailing teams and offshore sailors.
In addition Mel is a chef who specialises in sports nutrition for sailing teams. She worked with the GBR Olympic Sailing Team in preparation for the 2004 Games in Athens and during the Games themselves. She continues to cook for sailing teams at all levels.
