Jane Shields:
Jane Shields a personal trainer and mother of two, has a holistic approach to exercise and nutrition. Having previously studied holistic therapies and sports massage Jane felt a natural progression towards fitness and nutrition complimenting her prior knowledge and also her idea that in order to effectively teach fitness you need to look at the body as a whole. Jane has over nine years one-to-one personal training experience specializing in corrective postural exercise, nutrition, Pilates and sports specific exercise. Jane believes that improving well being is centred around the importance of correct posture and applying this in both training and everyday life. She is especially skilled in rehabilitating after injury or illness and also setting achievable goals towards weight-loss, heightened confidence and improved fitness. Every week Jane takes a number of different group exercise classes (including Pilates and general fitness for the over 55’s). She has clients from all ages, fitness levels and backgrounds and believes that everybody deserves to feel good from the inside out.
